After several years’ experience in private banking and in a notarial office specialising in assisting company executives, Charles Guillaneuf joined C&C Notaires in 2018.
Charles has developed a cutting-edge expertise in assisting executives with the civil and tax structuring of their cash out transactions, particularly in connection with LBOs. In this context, he assists executives in organising the gratuitous transmission of their business and professional and/or patrimonial reinvestments.
Thanks to his balanced approach, his attention to family and business issues and his desire to take a cross-disciplinary perspective on each subject, Charles is also able to put his expertise to work on issues relating to the governance of family groups.
Charles is a regular speaker at conferences and training courses on patrimonial issues, notably at Paris Dauphine University where he is a lecturer. He also frequently publishes in specialist journals.
