He is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (D.S.N.), the University of Social Sciences in Toulouse (DESS in Tax Law) and the University of London (Master’s degree in International Law).
He is a chartered member of RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors), a lecturer at the University of Paris IX Paris-Dauphine and the author of numerous articles on patrimonial and real estate law.
In 2018, he was selected as one of the 100 young leaders inventing the city of the future (Ville de Demain, Institut Choiseul).

Pierre Cenac, founding partner, specialises in patrimonial and family law.
He is recognised for his extensive expertise in business transfers and is now viewed as one of the leading players in this area of work.
He is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (D.S.N.) and the University of Social Sciences in Toulouse (DESS in Financial Engineering).
He is an affiliate professor at the University of Paris IX Paris Dauphine, a lecturer at the École Française du Barreau and the Institut du Droit de la Famille and the author of numerous articles on financial engineering and business transfers.
Laurent Hosana

Laurent Hosana
Laurent Hosana, founding partner, specialises in real estate law and financing.
He works with a mainly international client base of corporate investors and banks. He also advises his property developer clients on office, hotel, logistics and residential development projects.
He is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (D.S.N.) and Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich (LL.M). He is also a graduate of the University of Cergy-Pontoise in economics and management.
As an academic member of the Association of German Pfandbrief Banks (Verband deutscher Pfandbriefbanken – VdP), he has co-authored books on comparative banking law.

Devrim Cetiner
Devrim Cetiner, partner, is a notary specialising in corporate real estate law.
Through years of experience in a leading firm in Paris, she joined C&C Notaires in 2015 to support investment clients with their real estate acquisitions and arbitrage transactions, as a block or part of a portfolio, primarily in the tertiary and commercial sectors.
Graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (D.S.N.), Devrim also holds a university diploma in real estate law and economics from the C.E.R.C.O.L. (Construction and Housing Study and Research Centre) awarded by the same university.

Fabienne de la Porte des Vaux
Fabienne de la Porte des Vaux, partner, is a notary specialising in corporate real estate. Christel Tessier

Christel Tessier
As a member of the firm since 2012, Christel Tessier, partner, leads the private clients team at C&C Notaires in family law and real estate transactions for individuals.
Her experience, combined with her listening and conciliation skills, are valuable assets for working with individual clients, with the aim of supporting their personal and wealth-management projects and implementing strategies to meet their needs.
Christel Tessier holds an Advanced Diploma in Notarial Practice from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and a university diploma in Wealth Management from the University of Clermont-Ferrand.

Adrien Cornée, partner, is a notary and joint leader, with Flore Pascaud, of the department of urban planning and construction law, working with a client base of promoters, developers and investors.
He advises and assists his clients in completing their development and promotion projects and off-plan sales of real estate developments.
He joined C&C Notaires in 2014, after five years’ working for a firm in Paris specialising in real estate development.
He is a graduate in law from the University of Rennes and holds a Diploma of Aptitude in Notarial Practice (D.A.F.N) awarded by the Centre de Formation Professionnel des Notaires in Rennes.

Stéphane Loubier, partner, is a notary working with a client base of French and international investors in corporate real estate and financing. HIs proficiency in English supports his work with English-speaking fund managers, particularly in relation to arbitrage transactions, acquisitions and sales of portfolios (offices, warehouses, shops and industrial sites). He joined C&C Notaires in 2018, after working as a notary in the area of real estate development and setting up transactions for a major firm in Paris.
He is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and the Centre de Formation Professionnel des Notaires in Paris.
Cécile Peyroux

Cécile Peyroux
Cécile Peyroux is a notary and leads the Governance & Business Transfers team.
She has worked for C&C Notaires since the firm was set up in 2009 and supports company directors on organising the governance of their groups and dealing with business transfers.
As well as being a qualified notary, Cécile holds an Advanced Diploma (DEA) in general private law and a Master’s 2 in international and European notarial law, She is also proficient in legal English.
She regularly publishes articles in her preferred areas: financial engineering, family law, tax law and corporate law.

Flore Pascaud is a notary and joint leader, with Adrien Cornée, of the department of urban planning and construction law, working with a client base of promoters, developers and investors.
She advises and assists her clients in completing their development and promotion projects and off-plan sales of real estate developments.
She joined C&C Notaires in 2016, after 12 years’ working with specialist real estate teams in a number of leading firms of notaries.
She is a graduate in law of the University of Paris V René Descartes (D.S.N).
